No Show and Cancellation Fees

Cancellation Fee-$25
For patients who fail to cancel their prescheduled appointment less than 2 business days prior to the visit. Scheduled and cancelled same day appointments are subject to a ($25.00 Cancellation Charge)

No Show Fee-$50
For patients that fail to come to their scheduled appointment and do not notify our office 24 hours in advance of the need to cancel the appointment, a ($50.00 No-Show Charge) will be added to their account. This charge will be the patient's responsibility; insurance companies do not cover this charge. Please notify our office if you cannot keep your appointment, so that other patients in need of medical care can be seen.
