Important Update: New Patient Portal

We’ve recently introduced Athenahealth as our new patient portal.

  • Appointment Requests: Beginning September 29, 2025 patients will use Athena to request appointments online. If you do not have an Athena account please contact the office for assistance.

  • Visit Notes & Records: All visit notes from September 29, 2025 and after will be available in Athena.

Over the coming months, all of your past records will be moved into Athena. Once that transfer is complete, Relimed will be phased out and Athena will be your single, easy-to-use portal.

Thank you for your patience during this transition—we’re confident this new system will make it easier for you to access your health information, request appointments, and stay connected with our team.
