Important Update: New Patient Portal

We’ve recently introduced Athenahealth as our new patient portal.

  • Appointment Requests: Please use Athena going forward to request appointments online.

  • Visit Notes: All visit notes from September 29, 2025 and after will be available in Athena.

  • Older Records: If you do not see the records you need in Athena yet, you can still log into Relimed for now.

Over the coming months, all of your past records will be moved into Athena. Once that transfer is complete, Relimed will be phased out and Athena will be your single, easy-to-use portal.

Thank you for your patience during this transition—we’re confident this new system will make it easier for you to access your health information, request appointments, and stay connected with our team.

Choose the portal that’s right for you:

  • Use Athenahealth for new appointment requests and visit notes from 9/29/25 onward.

  • Use Relimed if you need to view older records that haven’t moved into Athena yet.

We’re in the process of moving all patient records into Athena. If you don’t see what you need today, please check Relimed. Soon, all of your information will be available in Athena, and Relimed will be phased out.
